Public Policies & Analysis
PAGE has supported Morocco in developing key analytical tools to embed the inclusive green economy in public policies. This includes the Inclusive Green Economy (IGE) scoping study, which provides a strategic basis for aligning economic growth, social inclusion and environmental sustainability. PAGE has also supported the application of the Just Transition Assessment Method (JTAM) to anticipate social impacts of the transition and inform more equitable policies.

PAGE has invested in knowledge and skills development through training, dialogue and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The Green Crossroads conferences have served as major exchange spaces among decision-makers, researchers and practitioners on green transition issues. In parallel, training programmes have strengthened the capacities of public institutions, universities and entrepreneurs, while the GELA tool has helped assess and structure green economy learning needs.

SECTORAL ACTIONS
PAGE has supported the implementation of concrete sectoral actions aligned with national priorities. In agriculture, the focus has been on green entrepreneurship and the creation of sustainable value chains. On water, PAGE has helped strengthen governance and the integration of climate issues. In industry and energy, initiatives such as Carbo Academy have supported decarbonisation efforts and industrial transition.

PAGE's achievements in Morocco rest on a strong partnership dynamic. The programme has worked closely with UN agencies, the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, and many public and private stakeholders.
